Job Description
Job Summary We are a union sheet metal company seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll and certified payroll reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ADP, certified payroll, and union construction payroll. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet weekly deadlines. Duties Process weekly payroll using ADP. Prepare and submit certified payroll reports. Verify timecards, pay rates, overtime, and deductions. Apply union wages and fringe benefits. Additional administrative and office support duties will be required as needed.
