Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintain payroll records and verify employee data changes, including earnings, benefits, garnishments, and tax elections, within the payroll system.
Support payroll-related process updates or system-related changes when needed, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll operations.
Reconcile payroll reports, earnings summaries, and tax-related records to support accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and payroll processing issues in a thorough and attentive manner.
Use ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll activities, review calculations, and resolve discrepancies before final submission.
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and apply updates to payroll practices as needed.
