We are a professional outfit and our goal is to hire a dependable office administrator with a payroll emphasis for our long haul trucking company that has been in business for almost 50 years.

Our work environment includes:

Modern office setting Casual work environment We are looking for an experienced person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 150 trucks, verifying accuracy of trip sheets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and well with others in a small office environment. Knowledge of trucking is highly recommended.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll for drivers. Calculate and process payroll deductions and incentives. Maintain accurate records of hours worked and miles ran. Verify accuracy of payroll data entered into the system. Respond to inquiries from drivers regarding payroll matters. Ordering office supplies. Limited accounts payables. Limited accounts receivables.
