Job Description

Overview Divine House, Inc. is a growing organization committed to accuracy, teamwork, and integrity. We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Part-Time Payroll Clerk to join our administrative team. This position is approximately 20 hours per week , with the potential to transition to full-time employment . Key Responsibilities Process payroll for all employees Verify timecards, attendance records, and pay rates Maintain payroll files and employee records Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations Assist with benefits administration and related reporting Respond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and payroll policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Previous payroll processing experience required Proficiency in Excel and Great Plains software Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
