Part-Time Payroll & Accounting Clerk Maid For You | Concord, NH Part-Time | Approximately 10-15 Hours Per Week Maid For You is a locally owned, established cleaning company serving New Hampshire for more than 20 years. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll & Accounting Clerk to support the day-to-day financial side of our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys numbers, organization, and accuracy and is looking for a consistent part-time position with a friendly, growing local company. What You'll Be Responsible For Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time Reviewing employee hours, pay information, deductions, and payroll records Maintaining accurate payroll and employee financial records Entering and categorizing financial transactions Basic accounts payable and bookkeeping Reviewing records for discrepancies and correcting errors Maintaining organized financial documentation Preparing basic financial and payroll reports Assisting with other routine accounting tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has previous payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting experience Is comfortable learning and working within different software programs Has strong computer skills and learns new systems quickly Is extremely accurate and detail-oriented Is organized and able to work independently Understands the importance of deadlines, particularly when it comes to payroll Handles confidential employee and financial information professionally Is comfortable identifying discrepancies and asking questions when something doesn't look right Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not necessarily required for the right person. Software & Technology We use several software platforms to manage our business and financial information. Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new systems are important for this position. Candidates with previous QuickBooks and payroll software experience may qualify for a higher starting rate based on experience. Schedule Approximately 10-15 hours per week . Some hours will need to be worked on specific days due to our weekly payroll schedule, with flexibility available for other responsibilities.
