Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for an Accounting & Payroll Administrator in Belen, NM.

Location:

Belen, NM What you'll do: Review, update, and approve /timecards on a daily/weekly basis Review and approve payroll weekly and reconcile reports Update and distribute weekly Contract and Temp employee reports Complete weekly and monthly labor reconciliations Update Vacations and Reimbursements in UKG Complete daily Dashboard, OT, and Attendance reporting Audit weekly Sox reports Complete end of month Journal Entries and Reconciliations Track Scrap daily and reconcile monthly Provide UKG training for Supervisors AP responsibilities include pulling invoices on hold, submitting AP invoices for payment as needed Other tasks as needed What you'll need: Associate's degree Preferred Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for heavy data entry Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records UKG & UltiPro experience preferred

Working Conditions:

This is an individual contributor role Full-time Position - Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds May require work coverage beyond normal business hours and on weekends/holidays Must tolerate both high and low temperatures, and loud noises commonly found in manufacturing Must tolerate dusty work environment commonly found in heavy weld fabrication
