Payroll Specialist Full time We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to help process payroll and handle payroll tax filings for multiple clients. This is a good fit for someone with payroll tax experience who enjoys keeping details organized and meeting deadlines. What you will do Process payroll for clients accurately and on time. Prepare payroll tax deposits and federal, state, and local tax returns. Reconcile payroll records and help prepare year-end forms, including W-2s. Research payroll tax questions and help resolve agency notices. Keep client and employee information confidential. What we are looking for Experience with payroll processing and payroll taxes, including payroll tax filings. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines for multiple clients. Comfort using payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with multistate payroll or Payroll Relief is a plus. Interested candidates can apply with a resume. Pay based on experience
