FT Job Description:

• Assist with processing payroll on a regular schedule.
• Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Verify timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll or timekeeping.
• Assist and educate store management on policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data.

Qualifications and educational requirements:

• Prior administrative, payroll or HR experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email).
• Familiarity with payroll software or HRIS systems is a plus.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
