Are you a detail-driven payroll professional who enjoys making an impact? Join our team in a meaningful role supporting a member-focused mission. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Finance & Accounting, the Payroll Professional will be responsible for processing and timely delivery of payroll records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as it pertains to timekeeping, tax payments, and the disposition of withholdings along with the accurate distribution of expenses for operational and capital expenditures. What You'll Do Review, audit, and process employee time records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Maintain overtime records according to the Union Contract for call out procedures. Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely for all employees, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and special payroll adjustments. Set up and maintain employee payroll records, including tax withholding elections, direct deposit information, payroll deductions, and benefit enrollments. Review employee status changes including new hires, terminations, wage changes, transfers, and benefit deduction updates. Prepare, reconcile, and submit payroll tax payments and quarterly payroll tax filings in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. Prepare and distribute annual W-2 forms and assist with year-end payroll reporting requirements. Serve as administrator for the Miscellaneous Receivable module, including preparing invoices, monitoring collections, and reconciling outstanding balances monthly. Maintain confidentiality of payroll, employee, and financial information. What You Bring (Qualifications)
Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
