Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Specialist to handle payroll processing and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience using Payroll Relief and QuickBooks , and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaking

to better serve our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll using Payroll Relief Manage payroll data entry, adjustments, and employee records Prepare and file payroll tax reports Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with QuickBooks bookkeeping as needed Provide excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish (if applicable) Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations

Qualifications:

Previous payroll experience required Proficiency in Payroll Relief and QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Spanish-speaking

REQUIRED

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information High school diploma required (Associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus)
