Trinity Wiring and Security Solutions is searching for a full-time accounting assistant/accounts receivable clerk. We provide smart technology, security and solar to thousands of customers throughout the Mid Atlantic. We are a security, networking, audio/video and solar company that works directly with residential and commercial clients to provide products and services for either their home or business.

Responsibilities:

This entry level accounting assistant is the backbone of Trinity. Responsibilities include, data entry, accounts receivable, posting incoming checks, entering customer credit card transactions, accounts payable as well as helping with department organization and assisting with employee hours for payroll each week. You would also be performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, mail handling, tracking records, handling invoices and bookkeeping. Meeting set deadlines is a must. This position is in a fast paced environment and requires hard working dedicated individual.

The ideal candidate should display:

Strong time-management, organizational, detail oriented and prioritization abilities. Displaying excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers is important. Also the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment is critical.

$50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
