What You'll Be Doing Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with precision and confidentiality. Work closely with employees and management to ensure time is being recorded and approved accurately and timely. Compile and enter data into the Kronos payroll software and reconcile errors as needed. Research and respond to employee inquiries about pay. Process employee transactions and updates in coordination with internal teams Support operational initiatives through special projects and administrative tasks What Are We Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization Kronos payroll software experience a plus. Work Environment This role is based in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interaction across departments.
