We are currently seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team.

POSITION

PURPOSEAs a Member Relationship Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union to provide a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually. You will engage with members to identify their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that address both their immediate and long-term financial goals. This role is essential in deepening member relationships, expanding wallet share and positioning the Credit Union as a digital-first financial partner. Pay Range Our ideal candidate will make $22.28 to $23.51 for this role. Education High school degree or equivalent Experience A minimum one (1) year of recent experience in customer service, retail, or sales required.

Experience in a financial institution is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus. All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.
