Universal Bankers are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining customer relationships. This role supports a variety of banking functions including transactional services, account opening, consumer lending support, digital banking education, and identifying customer financial needs. Level placement is based on experience, knowledge, and demonstrated banking expertise. The position requires travel to local branches to provide adequate staffing coverage due to staffing needs.
