Position:

Universal Banker, Moore Oklahoma Educators Credit Union is accepting resumes for a Universal Banker at our Moore location. As a Universal Banker your duties will include:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but are not limited to: Responding to and assisting members with inquiries and problem resolution Establishing member relationships through courteous and friendly service Identifying Member needs and referring financial products and services Contributing to a positive, professional team environment Working within established policies, procedures, and guidelines Opening new accounts for Members Helping with consumer loans

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) One or more years of experience in sales, retail or banking environment; including sales management, customer experience and relationship management preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Can work effectively as a team member Strong customer service skills Great attention-to-detail Strong time management skills Professional and positive attitude Consistently work hours as scheduled
