Additional information and disclosures are available at loxcap.com/disclosure. Role Description The Senior Registered Client Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Tequesta, FL. This position supports a boutique wealth advisory team serving a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families and nonprofit institutions with the care, sophistication, and discretion of a family office. The role is central to the client experience, including relationship support, account administration, transaction execution, meeting coordination, and proactive follow-through on client service priorities. Working closely with advisors and team members, the Senior Registered Client Associate will help ensure every client interaction and operational detail is handled with precision, professionalism, and sound judgment. Qualifications 5+ years experience in wealth management, private banking, family office, or a related financial services environment, preferably in a senior client associate or similar client-facing role. Exceptional client service orientation, with the professionalism, discretion, and judgment required to support ultra-high-net-worth families and nonprofit institutions. Strong account administration experience, including account openings, transfers, documentation, maintenance, reporting, and transaction processing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, advisors, custodians, and internal team members. High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through in a deadline-driven environment. Collaborative, proactive approach and desire to contribute meaningfully within a boutique firm culture. Applied finance knowledge and analytical skills to understand investment products, review account information, and support sophisticated client relationships. FINRA registration, such as Series 6, 7 and 66 or equivalent, preferred, with a commitment to maintaining required licenses and continuing education. Proficiency with CRM systems, portfolio reporting tools, custodial platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in financial services.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
