As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you'll partner with Senior Financial Consultant(s) to support and grow affluent practice. In this client-facing role, you'll strengthen relationships, deliver personalized service, and build advisory skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

You'll play a key role connecting clients and advisors, uncovering opportunities, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow their impact and expertise.

Build strong relationships with Senior Financial Consultant(s) and serve as a trusted partner in supporting their practice, client engagement, service, and ongoing business developmentSupport delivery of client solutions aligned to financial goalsIdentify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growthPrepare for and support client meetings, including documentation and follow-upCollaborate across the branch and firm to deliver seamless client experienceMaintain accurate client information and support daily operationsWhy you're set up for success: Schwab Training and DevelopmentStart with Wealth Management University-a four-week, live virtual program designed to build your foundation for success.

Afterward, continue your development through hands-on training and mentorship in your branch, partnering closely with your manager, peers, and mentors for guidance tailored to your goals.

What you haveThe expertise you bring:

A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job Relevant experience in financial services or a similar client-facing, sales, or advisory environment preferredThe skills you bring:
