Job Description

A top professional trustee service provider for families, estates have a need for a Director of Trust to help lead and build out the practice in the Norfolk County area. Great Opportunity for someone who is a Trust Officer or Sr. Trust Admin.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop Trust Officers, Trust Administrators, and future fiduciary personnel Manage departmental workflow, capacity planning, staffing priorities, and service delivery Establish and improve procedures, workflows, service standards, and operational consistency Develop accountability systems, reporting metrics, and departmental performance measures Maintain selected trust relationships and provide fiduciary guidance to team members Participate in prospective client meetings and business development opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, care managers, and other referral sources Qualifications Experience serving in a Trust Officer, fiduciary, relationship management, or comparable client facing role Demonstrated ability to exercise fiduciary judgment and navigate complex beneficiary, trustee, and advisor relationships 7+ years of experience in fiduciary services, trust company operations, private wealth management, family office services, or a related field Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, legal studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience Trusts and estates paralegal experience Salary $110K-125K + Bonus 4 days onsite #LI-JS1 KBW789
