Job Description

Job Description We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join Beacon Pointe Advisors as a Senior Associate Wealth Advisor in our Flint, MI office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning and investment management processes and practices for many of our most senior clients. This individual will work directly in coordination with our three Senior Wealth Advisors and a talented team of wealth management professionals dedicated to servicing sophisticated, high net worth individuals and families. Responsibilities Provide a best-in-class service experience to a select group of clients, wealth advisors and internal associates. This entails frequent communication with clients and internal associates - both verbally and in writing. Provide direct support to Senior Wealth Advisors in preparing for and completing follow-up for annual client meetings across a variety of financial planning (e.g., estate planning, insurance, tax planning, etc.) and investment management areas. Serve as liaison to firm professionals and clients service associates in the research, review and execution of sensitive and/or high priority investment related tasks. Collaborate with other professionals on clients' behalf. Maintain client net worth statements. Assist with business development efforts. Additional duties may entail participation in team projects and assisting with initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures. Qualifications Four-year college degree (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics preferred).
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER
™ (CFP™) designation. 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience working with high-net worth individuals a plus; preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or broker/dealer. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and research skills. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Able to operate in an environment requiring high levels of organization, flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.) and financial planning tools (i.e., eMoney, Holistiplan, etc.) About Beacon Pointe Advisors Beacon Pointe Advisors is one of the nation's largest Registered Investment Advisor firms with headquarters in Southern California and affiliate offices nationwide.
