This is the entry point into our financial advisor career track — a structured, multi-year path designed to take you from licensing and training through to a fully credentialed advisor role managing and developing client relationships. In this position, you'll work directly alongside senior advisors, learn our planning process end-to-end, and build the technical and client-service foundation needed to advance. This role is ideal for a recent graduate (finance, economics, business, or related field) or a career-changer with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in personal financial planning and client service. What You'll Do Support senior advisors in preparing for client meetings, including gathering account data, book assembly, building portfolio summaries, and gathering financial planning documents Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including account paperwork, KYC/AML documentation, and account transfers Respond to routine client service requests (balance inquiries, statement questions, address/beneficiary updates) under supervision Learn and begin using our financial planning software, eMoney, including the entry of data and basic assembly of plans Maintain accurate client records through our CRM system to ensure accurate client information Study for and pass the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam within the first 90 days, and begin preparing for the Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) exams Sit in on client meetings to observe planning conversations, portfolio reviews, and sales processes Complete internal training modules covering compliance, suitability, our investment philosophy, and firm policies Perform market, investment, and account research to support senior advisors' client recommendations Handle general administrative support for the advisory team as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required (finance, economics, business, or related field preferred); recent graduates welcome Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative, client facing work environment No prior industry experience required — this is an entry-level position Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients under supervision High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software Ability to obtain the SIE within 90 days of hire (firm-sponsored study materials and exam fees provided) Must be able to pass a background check and credit check as required for securities registration Licensing & Credentials Not required at hire. Firm will sponsor and pay for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63/65) exam prep and fees during the first 12-18 months. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000-$65,000, commensurate with education and background Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus tied to performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with firm match Structured promotion path to Financial Advisor Associate II upon SIE/Series 7/66 licensure and satisfactory performance review (typically within 12-18 months) Reports To Senior Financial Advisor /
