OUR STORY
Our integrated team of multi-specialty providers follows a patient-centered approach to optimize health and function. We believe in treating the whole body as an integrated system and offer a range of services, including chiropractic care, an advanced neuropathy treatment program, in-office therapy modalities including class IV laser, nutrition and weight loss protocols, and state-of-the-art rehabilitative modalities such as Hako and decompression.
THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR FINANCIAL CASE MANAGER - SALES ADVISOR
Standard hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays through Thursdays , and 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, Fridays. We may ask you to work outside of these hours if needed to meet business requirements. Armed with positive energy and a drive to smash your sales goals, you'll be working to turn warm leads into booked treatments. We're passionate about helping others achieve great outcomes, and you'll support our mission by promoting the value of our treatments, encouraging interested individuals to take a chance and schedule an appointment. Following scripts and proven, structured procedures, you'll present treatment plans to leads, recommend different financial options, and professionally address any objections. You'll set the tone for the patient's experience with us, and you'll confidently close treatments to increase revenue (and your commission check). Here's what you need: Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role within medical, pharmaceutical, real estate, or another high-ticket industry Knowledge of the finances related to patient care and sales-driven healthcare services Clear, effective communication skills Professional, business-minded mentality Self-motivation to meet targets and exceed quotas Hunger to keep growing and continuously improving Required competencies: Ability to build trust, create new relationships, and confidently close high-dollar transactions Comfort with performing consultations, speaking about health histories, and uncovering patients' motivations Energy for keeping up in a results-focused, fast-paced environment
