What You'll Be Doing:

Learning to build comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement Meeting with clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions Growing your own network through referrals, community involvement, and mentorship Working toward required licenses (Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses) full training and sponsorship provided Completing our Culture Index assessment as part of the interview process

What You'll Need:

A 4-year college degree (required) No prior finance experience necessary — we'll train you from day one Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about people A competitive, self-motivated mindset
