Compensation:
$18.75
  • $22.86
  • Base salary commensurate with experience, plus shift differentials and bilingual (Spanish) stipends.
Role Summary Provide clinical services, case management, and crisis support for individuals and families dealing with substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical services:
individual/group/family counseling, intensive outpatient services, crisis intervention, and case management. Perform screening, clinical assessments (excluding diagnosis), and treatment planning based on client strengths and needs.
Manage client cases:
orientation, daily progress notes, family engagement, discharge planning, and referral contact. Participate in Quality Improvement (CQI), Utilization Review, and Peer Review processes.
Requirements Licensure:
Active Ohio clinical license required. Minimum CDCA required; with a LCDC II, LPC, LSW, or higher.
Education:
Associate degree in Addictions Treatment/Prevention (or equivalent).
Experience:
3 years in treatment/recovery. If in recovery, 1+ year of continuous sobriety required.
Ethics & Skills:
Adherence to the OCDPB Code of Ethics, strong communication skills, and ability to work with diverse populations.
