POSITION SUMMARY
- Serve as the Wealth Advisor for clients within the Private Advisor program
- Conduct regular client checkups and plan reviews.
- Run discovery calls with new prospects, and lead new clients through onboarding (typically 4-6 weeks).
- Manage a book of 80 transitioned existing clients, alongside newly acquired clients
- Engage with prospective new clients to drive new AUM and revenue generation
- Deliver comprehensive financial plans — retirement, tax, insurance, education — through portal-driven service model rather
- Build and maintain client financial models in eMoney
- Manage portfolio reporting, performance monitoring, and rebalancing workflows
- Maintain a 24-hour response standard on client portal inquiries and requests.
- Use PreciseFP for client intake and Zocks for meeting capture and follow-up documentation.
- Keep client records, service triggers, and pipeline status current in Salesforce.
- Partner with originating advisors on the referral pipeline for transitioned and newly referred households.
- Stay current on financial planning regulations, tax law changes, and PAT-relevant technology updates.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification required, or actively pursuing with completion expected within an agreed timeframe.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory role.
- Series 65 (or equivalent) required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver comprehensive financial plans independently, without heavy oversight.
- Strong working knowledge of financial planning and portfolio tools (eMoney, Orion, or comparable platforms).
- Comfort managing a higher-volume book through structured, technology-enabled service rather than frequent in-person meetings.
- Excellent written communication skills — much of the client relationship is conducted asynchronously via portal and email.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a digital-first, high-volume client environment
- Experience with portfolio management and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of estate planning and insurance products.
- Experience with PreciseFP, Zocks, or comparable client intake and meeting-capture tools.
- Track record of new client acquisition or referral-based growth.
Pay:
$75,000.00
