• What you'll do...
• + Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, incorporating market trends and customer insights.

+ Manage profit and loss responsibilities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to meet financial targets.

+ Lead supplier negotiations, establish performance metrics, and oversee supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms and execution.

+ Drive channel strategy decisions and collaborate with supply chain partners to optimize product availability and customer experience.

+ Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and foster a results-driven work environment.

+ Utilize data analysis to inform decisions and continuously improve category performance.

+ Support assortment planning, modular layouts, and promotional feature execution across channels.

• What you'll bring:
• + Proven experience in category strategy development and execution for moderately complex categories.

+ Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership and budget forecasting.

+ Expertise in supplier management, negotiation, and performance tracking.

+ Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform decisions.

+ Proficiency in assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional execution.

+ Demonstrated team management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

+ Skilled in leveraging data analytics and digital tools to drive business insights and improvements.
