Job Description Insight Global is seeking an FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner for a leading manufacturing client in Fairfield, CA. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the U.S. Director of Sales, supporting a highly commercial and sales-focused organization. Approximately 80% of the role will be centered around driving forecasting accuracy, pricing analysis, and sales performance insights. The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional who thrives in a business-facing environment and can build strong relationships with leadership while delivering actionable financial guidance. Key responsibilities include managing weekly and monthly forecasting processes, overseeing daily quotation and pricing analyses, conducting market research to support commercial decisions, and supporting month-end close activities within SAP. • 5+ years of FP&A, Finance Business Partner, or Strategic Finance experience
• Strong partnership experience with Sales leadership and commercial teams
• Experience owning forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with pricing, quotation analysis, and market-driven financial decisions
• SAP experience, specifically supporting financial reporting and month-end close
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Packaging, glass, consumer goods, or industrial product experience
• Experience supporting a Director of Sales or commercial organization
• Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting capabilities Experience with pricing strategy and market research analysis
