Clients partner with us to manage their energy price risk exposure and to develop and implement risk management strategies to control and reduce their energy expenditures. As a part of the Pricing Team, you will leverage your expertise in the Electricity and Natural Gas markets to lead daily pricing operations while ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to our clients and Energy Advisors. What you'll do: Lead and mentor a team of five Pricing Associates, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to ensure timely and accurate execution of pricing activities. Oversee daily procurement activities with Tradition Energy's network of suppliers and our Energy Advisors in all deregulated markets in North America for electricity and natural gas. Negotiate price and contract terms between clients and suppliers to achieve client objectives. Engage with Tradition's wholesale brokerage group to track market movement and identify execution opportunities for clients. Provide insight regarding energy and utility market developments across active deregulated power and gas markets in North America. Review and oversee the preparation of detailed pricing reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and highlighting key differences between pricing received from energy supply companies. Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows, team efficiency, and service levels while maintaining a high standard of client support.

Who you are:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail Electricity and Natural Gas pricing. Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a team in a fast-paced pricing, procurement, or energy operations environment. Strong working knowledge of both Electricity and Natural Gas deregulated markets in North America. Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Business, Economics, Finance, or related focus. Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and make sound decisions under tight deadlines.

Pay:

From $110,000.00 per year
