In this senior role, you will analyze energy usage, market trends, and risk exposure to optimize strategies and support customer solutions. You will collaborate with sales, trading, and operations teams, ensure adherence to regulatory and internal risk policies, and build reporting tools that inform leadership decisions. You will help drive process improvements, support sustainability initiatives, and mentor junior staff in a culture focused on innovation and impact. Responsibilities Manage RXS program activities supporting utility and energy operations Analyze energy usage, risk exposure, and market trends to optimize strategies Prepare and validate complex pricing models and contract structures Collaborate with sales, trading, and operations teams to support customer solutions Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership Support implementation of sustainability and cost-management initiatives Lead process improvements and documentation for RXS workflows Provide subject-matter expertise and mentoring to junior specialists Partner with IT/data teams to enhance analytical tools and data quality Required Skills Energy risk management Data analysis and reporting Energy market modeling Financial/pricing modeling in Excel SQL or similar query language Python or other analytics tools Regulatory and compliance knowledge (energy markets) Contract structuring and pricing Dashboard/report development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Stakeholder communication and collaboration
