Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to support pricing strategy and operational initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will work closely with branch teams, analytics, operations, and other business stakeholders to execute pricing initiatives, analyze business requirements and data, support pricing tests, and improve pricing-related processes.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills , with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the execution and implementation of pricing strategies, pricing initiatives, and pricing-related projects . Partner with branch teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze information, and support business initiatives. Support pricing exceptions, test-and-learn programs, market tests, and pricing enhancements . Analyze business requirements and operational data to support pricing decisions and implementation activities. Research and resolve stakeholder questions related to pricing processes, initiatives, and operational activities. Maintain documentation, track issues, and ensure assigned activities follow established policies, procedures, and risk controls . Provide operational and pricing-related recommendations to improve processes and workflows. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of pricing processes and systems. Participate in project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to support successful implementation of pricing initiatives. Prepare operational updates, reports, and analysis for management and key stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely delivery. Required Qualifications Experience in pricing operations, business operations, business analysis, financial services operations, or a related field . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience analyzing business requirements, operational data, and processes . Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or business initiatives. Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to identify problems, research solutions, and proactively drive resolution. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pricing strategy, pricing analysis, or pricing exceptions . Experience in wealth management, banking, brokerage, or financial services . Experience with test-and-learn programs, market testing, or business experimentation . Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational excellence. Familiarity with risk controls, compliance procedures, and operational policies. Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau . SQL or other data-analysis experience is a plus.
