As a Risk Advisor, you'll help customers understand their insurance needs, identify potential gaps in protection, and make informed coverage decisions. Represent Allstate products as part of a locally owned agency. What You'll Do Start conversations with prospective customers through outreach, referrals, and consistent follow-up. Ask questions to understand customers' families, assets, priorities, and existing coverage. Identify potential coverage gaps and explain appropriate insurance options. Present recommendations clearly and confidently, guiding customers through purchasing decisions. Review existing customer policies and identify additional protection needs. Meet sales goals while providing a positive, relationship-focused customer experience. Maintain accurate records and follow through on customer commitments. What We're Looking For A strong interest in sales and helping people make informed decisions. Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the business. Strong listening, communication, and follow-up skills. A motivated, organized individual who welcomes coaching. An active insurance license or willingness to obtain the required licenses.
