Camp H M Smith, HI Job Details Full-time 18 hours ago Qualifications Safety regulations Bachelor's degree Full Job Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented mid-level Maritime Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drafts and develops Maritime Risk Assessment Plans and safety documentation for senior review and validation Maintains detailed records of vessel safety certifications and facilitates communication between the prime contractor and insurance partners Prepares routine reports on maritime risk metrics and safety performance for Mission Partners Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for managing maritime pollution prevention and safety compliance Facilitates the coordination of vessel inspections and ensure all maritime platforms are seaworthy and properly manned Prepares risk status updates for inclusion in the unclassified document library and management portal Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marine Safety, Business, or a related field 3+ years of position-relevant experience Proficiency in maritime safety regulations and USCG standards

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field 7+ years of position-relevant experience Experience with international standards for vessel berthing and husbanding

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must possess active Public Trust clearance

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations
