New England Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 4 days in the office and 1 day per week at active construction sites
Experience:
Entry level / recent graduates encouraged Position Overview We are an established real estate development company with our own in-house construction and property management operations. We are actively implementing artificial intelligence, automation, and construction-site monitoring technologies to improve productivity and reduce administrative work. We are seeking a technically talented individual to help develop and implement AI agents and automated workflows across our company. This is a hands-on technology development position, working directly with company ownership and construction management personnel. Responsibilities Develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and other AI platforms. Automate construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspection tracking, project reports, and outstanding action items. Develop AI systems to review project documents and identify missing information, incomplete approvals, overdue reports, and inconsistencies. Integrate AI with construction-site camera systems to assist with daily reports, construction progress monitoring, and delivery tracking. Visit active construction sites approximately one day per week to understand workflows, collaborate with superintendents, and test new technologies. Research and evaluate emerging construction technologies, including computer vision, drones, robotics, and AI-assisted project management. Build internal dashboards, reporting tools, and software integrations. Expand successful AI applications into property management and other company operations. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with AI agents, automation, and large language models. Experience or interest in Python, JavaScript, APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently research, build, test, and implement technical solutions. Construction industry experience is not required . What Makes This Opportunity Different Rather than developing software in isolation, you will work on real construction projects and implement AI applications that directly improve company operations. You will work closely with ownership, have access to active construction sites, and play an important role in developing the company's AI capabilities. We welcome recent graduates who have built independent AI, programming, or automation projects. Applicants should include a brief description of an AI agent, automation, or software application they have developed.
