The Wealth Management Risk Consultant I plays a key role in managing business line control objectives, identifying potential risks, conducting account reviews, reporting findings, recommending improvements, and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies and compliance tests. Job Description The Wealth Management Risk Consultant I is primarily responsible for assisting with the management of the Control Objectives for their respective business line, which includes among other things, identifying areas of potential risk for the business line and/or its clients. Performs reviews of new and existing accounts. Reports any findings to the Strategic Risk Officer. Recommends training needs and process improvements based upon review finding. Assists with the development of processes, procedures and reporting systems to mitigate that risk. Assists with routine audits and compliance tests. Team Culture In your role, you'll partner with peers and client-facing teams in Wealth Management, including Private Wealth, Brokerage, BOKF Insurance, and Institutional Wealth. You will conduct regular tests and monitor workflows to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and manage risks, while also addressing any incomplete tasks.

You will aid in establishing risk management controls, contribute to the creation of policies and procedures to ensure control effectiveness, and periodically test these controls.

You will be responsible for preparing for audits, participating in meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure data collection and review, and regularly interacting with corporate compliance, internal audit, and wealth management risk teams.

You will be analyzing business data to support the implementation of new capabilities, applications, processes, and internal controls.

Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of knowledge and experience with Wealth Management relationships, or 5+ years equivalent experience. Excellent knowledge and experience in developing, executing, and managing multiple projects, resource management, and project plan techniques to ensure required outcome through organizational planning and communications. Strong ability to multi-task.

Ability to solve complex problems by taking ownership to address needs, provide information, or solve problems

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels. Ability to collaborate with other departments and lines of business.

Excellent PC skills, including advanced spreadsheet skills.

Working knowledge of various securities and investment-related products and services
