3005090096-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Target Hospitality seeks an Insurance Manager to lead our enterprise insurance and risk programs supporting remote lodging and workforce housing operations across North America. In this fast-paced, field-focused role, you will manage placement and renewal of property, liability, auto, and workers' compensation coverage; oversee claims with carriers and TPAs; and analyze loss trends to drive safety and cost reduction. You'll partner with operations, legal, and finance to ensure compliant contracts, accurate certificates, and strong risk controls that protect people, assets, and clients in demanding project environments. Responsibilities Lead design, placement, and renewal of all commercial insurance programs (property, liability, auto, workers' comp, etc.). Evaluate risk exposures across remote lodging and workforce housing operations and recommend coverage strategies. Coordinate and monitor claims handling with carriers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Analyze loss trends and develop mitigation, safety, and loss-prevention initiatives with operations leaders. Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and consultants, negotiating terms, limits, and premiums. Maintain insurance certificates, endorsements, and compliance documentation for clients and regulatory bodies. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports on total cost of risk for senior leadership. Support contract review to ensure appropriate insurance and indemnity language in customer and vendor agreements. Educate site and operations teams on incident reporting, claims procedures, and risk policies. Ensure adherence to all applicable insurance, regulatory, and company risk management standards.
