Primary Purpose Legal Compliance Processor:

To efficiently process all Tax Liens, Levies, Garnishments, Order to Withhold & Subpoena's with confidentiality daily. Assist branch personnel with inquiries. From time-to-time court appearance may be required to represent the bank as keeper of the records. The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $42,500 - $53,000, based on the role, market, internal equity and candidate qualifications.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and accurate support to the branches as needed Provide confident responses to members as needed on legal orders Process in a timely, accurate and confidential manner all legal orders received daily (liens, levies, garnishments & subpoenas) Keep up with the laws that govern each type of legal as to keep the bank in compliance with processing Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

Previous Banking Experience Computer skills in Word & Excel Strong Problem-Solving skills Possess a team player attitude and interacts well with others Punctuality is a must Ability to perform repetitive manual functions Positive attendance record Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational skills Enjoys very detailed research, and documentation

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Experience in legal order processing Previous Bank Operations experience 2 years of Insight experience

Physical Requirements:

Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally. Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time. Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
