Responsibilities
- Executes trade orders for stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
- May provide trading service to registered representatives or for internal company purposes.
- Executes moderately complex purchases and sales of investment products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Explains trading procedures to reps and other customers, answers questions and provides quotes.
- Researches and resolves issues for trade related issues.
- Ensures that all trades meet internal and external compliance standards.
- Checks to verify proper licensing of outside representatives.
- Other duties as assigned. Requirements
- Demonstrates understanding of administration business and knowledge of company products and services.
- Ability to manage tasks in an assertive, efficient, and timely manner.
- Must be able to multitask and keep calm under pressure.
- Detailed oriented.
- Registered with the following FINRA licenses.
