We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial CPA to help build and lead the firm as an equity partner—not simply join as a salaried employee. The Opportunity The CPA partner will lead the development of the tax practice, including: Tax planning and strategy Individual and business tax preparation Developing and managing client relationships Establishing the firm's tax processes and service model Growing recurring tax and accounting revenue Building the future CPA/accounting team Collaborating with financial advisors when clients benefit from coordinated tax and financial planning Our wealth management team will introduce the CPA firm to appropriate clients within our approximately 1,000-household client base, providing a significant opportunity to build the practice. Likewise, the CPA will have opportunities to introduce appropriate tax clients to our wealth management team. Who We're Looking For Our ideal partner is: An active CPA with meaningful tax experience Entrepreneurial and motivated by ownership and long-term value creation Experienced working directly with individuals, families, and business owners Comfortable developing new client relationships Interested in proactive tax planning—not simply tax preparation Collaborative, self-directed, and capable of leading the tax practice Ideally bringing an existing book or group of tax/accounting clients Existing clients are preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate. What We Bring The CPA will have access to: A potential referral base of approximately 1,000 wealth management households Professional offices in Scottsdale and Gilbert Existing administrative and client-service support Marketing and business-development resources Established relationships with affluent families, professionals, and business owners A wealth management team highly motivated to help the CPA firm grow The CPA will generally spend part of the week in our Scottsdale office and part in our Gilbert office. Ownership & Compensation This opportunity is structured primarily around equity ownership and participation in the long-term growth and profitability of the CPA firm. The specific ownership structure will be developed around the experience, capabilities, existing client relationships, and contribution of the right partner.
