TAX ACCOUNTANT/TAX PREPARER

Full-Time or Part-Time or Seasonal position. Accountant/Tax Preparer with at least 2 years recent hands-on Individual income tax preparation experience for busy small local accounting and tax firm. Looking primarily for this tax season, if this is a good "fit" for candidate and the firm, we are looking for a Full-Time, year-round person that can do individual taxes, accounting, and business taxes. Benefits for non-seasonal employees. We specialize in Individual Federal, State and City tax returns using ProSeries tax software.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years recent experience in preparing Individual Income Tax Returns, Federal, Ohio and City is absolutely required. Public accounting background helpful. Tax preparation Software, MS Excel & Word experience required, accounting software helpful. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients in person to review client data and prepare individual federal, state and local returns. Qualified individual will work at our office location full or part time for the upcoming tax season. No remote work. Training is available and encouraged, company provided. Flexible scheduling, office is business casual. Assist in covering Office hours, some evening and Saturday hours during the tax season. Compensation is based on knowledge of tax and preparation experience.
