Required Skills and Experience Must have or willing to obtain one of the following licenses: Series 6,7, or 65 licenses Active Ohio Life and Health Insurance License 1+ years industry experience as a Financial Advisor/Financial Assistant 2+ years of Individual tax preparation experience (preferred) Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills Satisfactory background check Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful Able to use good judgment to provide solid financial guidance Ability to network and drive referrals to the firm Strong public speaking skills Job Responsibilities Collecting and analyzing information regarding the customer risk tolerance, long- and short-term goals, income, assets, investments, and debts; determining which products best meet the customer needs and circumstances Tax Preparation Advising the customer regarding the advantages, risks, and disadvantages of different products Developing internal referral resources from existing customers Identifying external prospects and building up new client relationships Identifying cross-sell opportunities Delivering seminars/webinars to clients and prospects Maintaining all necessary licenses and registrations as required To apply, please submit your resume.
