The firm serves closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals, delivering proactive tax compliance and advisory services with a personalized approach. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for preparing and supporting a range of tax engagements while assisting with planning initiatives and maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Assist with tax planning strategies for business and individual clients Conduct tax research and analyze technical issues Reconcile financial data and ensure accurate reporting Communicate with clients to gather documentation and clarify tax matters Assist with IRS and state correspondence and notice resolution Support senior team members with complex tax engagements Maintain compliance with filing deadlines and firm quality standards

Required Qualifications:
