Position Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Specimen Collector to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for collecting and processing urine and saliva specimens, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting the lab's quality and compliance standards. The position requires observed same-gender collections and a strong adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Essential Functions:
Collect and process urine and saliva specimens, including observed collections Accurately complete all required documentation Maintain professional boundaries and ensure client confidentiality Ensure all specimens have two patient identifiers Conduct urinalysis procedures and verify sample integrity Confirm completeness of requisition forms, including demographics and diagnosis codes Research and provide missing billing information to appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
