• Civic Office MFS is seeking an experienced Lead Tax and Financial Services Coordinator for the MFS Cash Oregon program during the 2027 tax season.

This is a limited duration position and will be in place from November 1, 2026 to May 30, 2027. Under the general supervision of the Tax and Financial Services Manager, the Lead Tax Site Coordinator III is responsible for overseeing and executing Volunteer Tax Preparation activities at the MFS Civic office location. This role demands exceptional de-escalation and composure skills to effectively manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The coordinator will efficiently lead, schedule, and support a diverse team of volunteers and staff, ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, the position requires sharp analytical and research abilities to provide accurate guidance and support to both volunteers and staff in real time. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with or ability to quickly learn relevant federal and Oregon tax codes. Must demonstrate fluency (read, write and speak) in English and Spanish. Bi-lingual capability in Spanish and English is required. Strong supervisory and organizational skills are essential.
