Type:

full-time We are working on a Tax Manager search with a privately held financial services company focused on real estate and mortgage-related financial services. This position offers the opportunity to own the tax function, be hands-on in the federal partnership tax compliance process, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role within the business. Responsibilities Own the tax compliance process across the entire company's entities. Prepare and review partnership tax returns. Lead a substantial portfolio of federal and state partnership tax returns. Partner with external advisors and regularly interact with the IRS. Work closely with leadership as the company continues to build out its internal tax capabilities. Ideal Background 6-8 years of tax experience. Strong federal partnership tax experience. CPA strongly preferred. Experience with HNW individuals and/or private partnerships, ideally with partnerships of $100M+. PCS experience is a plus. Strong technical foundation with the ability to work across federal and state tax matters.
