A well-established CPA firm in the Hilo, HI area wants a Tax Senior Manager who's ready to be a go-to leader for the tax practice. You'll get Big Island living on the Hilo side, plus a seat at the table with the partners. What you'll do:

• Lead complex business, individual and trust engagements from planning to sign-off
• Be the main tax advisor for a book of key clients
• Develop and mentor managers, seniors and staff
• Help grow the practice and work closely with partners on firm direction What you bring:
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with several years in a review and leadership role
• CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)
• Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
• Strong client relationship and team leadership skills

Salary:

$121,000

• 153,000 depending on experience.
