Lincolnshire, IL / Chicago, IL (Hybrid) A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing team. The role involves managing tax engagements, overseeing tax teams, and providing high-quality tax services to clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of relevant tax experience Must have experience working with a public accounting firm Strong experience managing tax engagements Experience supervising and mentoring tax staff Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills CPA license preferred Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is between $130,000 - $200,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
