We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team and play a key leadership role in our growing tax practice.

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities
• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients across a variety of industries
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and seniors, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
• Stay up to date with evolving tax laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities
• Contribute to business development efforts, including expanding existing client relationships and supporting new opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPA license required-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree in Taxation preferred
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
• Strong technical expertise in federal and state tax laws
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
