Back Tax Manager Tax - Manager Beverly , Massachusetts Perm 100000 Oct 7, 2026 $100000.00 - $150000.00 KBW Financial Staffing is working with a well-established wealth management firm on a search for a Tax Manager to join their team on a permanent, hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional coming out of public accounting who is looking to transition into a wealth management environment while continuing to work with sophisticated, high-net-worth clients. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio, work directly with clients and their advisors, and provide year-round tax planning and advisory services. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients and related tax returns Oversee the preparation and review of individual, fiduciary, partnership, and other entity tax returns Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their outside advisors Provide year-round tax planning and advisory services Advise clients on estimated tax payments, tax strategies, and other planning opportunities Work closely with clients and internal team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax matters Qualifications 4-5+ years of tax experience in public accounting Experience working with high-net-worth individuals preferred Strong understanding of individual and related entity taxation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong Excel skills CPA or EA preferred, but not required Compensation & Work Environment $125,000-$170,000 base salary , depending on experience Bonus opportunity Hybrid work schedule Opportunity to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients Strong opportunity for a public accounting tax professional looking for a more relationship-driven wealth management environment For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Trevor Mallett at tmallett@kbwfinancial.com
