Real Estate & Construction Salary:

An established professional services organisation is seeking a Tax Manager to support a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic tax advice while mentoring team members and helping to drive continued business growth. Role Working alongside senior leadership, you will manage a varied client portfolio, delivering tax planning, advisory, and compliance services across a range of complex tax matters. You'll build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities for tax efficiencies, and contribute to the development of both people and the wider business. Key Responsibilities Manage tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals, privately owned businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates. Provide practical tax planning solutions that support clients' personal and commercial objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service. Review complex tax returns and ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines. Collaborate with senior colleagues on client strategy, business development initiatives, and service delivery. Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the tax team. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional advisory services. Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and advise clients on any potential impact. Represent the business professionally at networking and industry events where appropriate. Promote a collaborative culture while maintaining high standards of client service and technical excellence. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: At least four years' experience within public accounting, with a strong focus on taxation. Experience preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate tax returns. Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, including flow-through entities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Experience using accounting and tax software packages. A CPA qualification or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
