full-time We're seeking a highly motivated
TAX MANAGER
for a company in Richfield, OH! Do you have experience in tax preparation along with your CPA? The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented leader, maintain a current and active CPA license (or be working toward it), possess a strong work ethic, be committed to the work, work with a sense of urgency, & be accountable for assigned tasks.
RESPONSIBILITES & QUALIFICATIONS
Preparing complex business and individual tax returns. Direct client communication. Coordinate seasonal tax planning efforts geared toward effective execution of planning objectives. Develop and train support team members. Ad hoc projects Familiarity with GAAP Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality. Solid knowledge of tax laws and Tax preparation software. Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks,). Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication abilities Independent thinker with aptitude in problem-solving
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in accounting CPA required CPA firm experience
WORK HOURS
9am-5pm with flexibility on start and end time. This is an onsite role. SYSTEM Quickbooks and ProSystems
