Job Summary Earned is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced Tax Preparer to join our physician focused firm. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, LLCs, trusts, and estates. This role requires proactive client engagement, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze client financial statements.

Client tax onboarding.

Prepare income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts based on source documents prepared both internally and provided to us by clients.

Meeting preparation for client meetings along with subsequent follow-up item.

Prepare client tax projections for estimated tax payments and future tax liabilities.

Prepare tax notice resolution package.

Prepare government audit responses.

Consistently remain alert to client satisfaction, address client needs, with timely follow-up and communicate appropriate information to engagement advisors and personnel.

Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks.

Thrive in a high performing, fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and focus under pressure and deadlines.
